Salary: £70,000-£80,000 per annum plus bonus (or potentially £80,000-£90,000 per annum plus bonus, for a candidate already experienced in a similar role at this level).
We are looking for a Head of Human Resources to join our team.
As Head of Human Resources and a member of our senior management team, you will play an important role in building and managing a successful business with a focused, engaged, diverse, empowered workforce.

Your focus will be on supporting and empowering our teams to act with integrity and drive our organisation’s success, and you will:

  • Oversee the UK HR function that the supports both the UK Pathways business and KI group shared services (Legal, IT and group Finance), ensuring the delivery of comprehensive HR services via your own team and in partnership with group HR shared services
  • Partner with the Managing Director – UK Pathways and wider the senior leadership team in shaping and fostering the organisational culture and values
  • Develop and implement strategies that enhance employee attraction, engagement, satisfaction, and retention
  • Promote a positive and inclusive work environment, aligning people practices with the overall goals and objectives of Kaplan
  • Undertake Kaplan group responsibilities, working with colleagues globally on people initiatives that impact across the group, providing to you the opportunity to access materials, tools and support from other Kaplan business units

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing people-related policies and programs
  • Commercial awareness with good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and ensure key deadlines are met
