Our incredible team is a blend of passionate staff and volunteers who champion diversity, inclusivity, and understanding. We hail from diverse walks of life, forming a vibrant community of change-makers. Our ultimate goal? To amplify awareness of LGBTQ+ matters and advocate for the rights that ensure equal lives for all.
With a diverse and dedicated year-round team of around 150 volunteers, we orchestrate Pride in London, the incredible event that unites us all. Your unique voice can contribute to the symphony!

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE:

The successful candidate will lead Pride in London’s third annual Human Rights Forum, furthering our commitment to amplifying the global fight for LGBTQ+ rights and supporting LGBTQ+ people worldwide.
This role comes at a crucial time when LGBTQ+ rights continue to face challenges globally. Your work will significantly impact our organisation and LGBTQ+ communities internationally, advancing Pride in London’s mission and supporting LGBTQ+ individuals on both national and global scales. Building on the success of our previous forums, you’ll play a key role in shaping this important platform for human rights advocacy and awareness.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE:

  • Previous experience of working across various human rights issues.
  • A passion for LGBTQ+ human rights issues and how to address them
  • Ability to create and maintain partnerships with multiple teams and stakeholders; including elected officials, policy makers, and the international LGBTQ+ community including activists, experts, and civil society
  • Ability to lead innovative and creative approaches to advocacy
  • We ask you demonstrate an appreciation of Pride in London’s values and ambition of championing LGBTQ+ equality.
