Description:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or related field.
- Master’s in Special Education or equivalent (e.g., National SENDCo Award).
- At least 5 years’ experience with the National Curriculum for England.
- Proven leadership experience in inclusion, ideally in a UAE school setting.
- Knowledge of UAE inclusion practices and KHDA Inclusion Framework.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

- Lead inclusion practices and policies, ensuring support for Students of Determination and Gifted/Talented learners.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote student well-being across the school.
- Adapt and differentiate the curriculum to meet diverse learning needs.
- Collaborate with staff, parents, and external professionals to foster a supportive, inclusive environment.
- Lead the Inclusion Team, driving high standards and teamwork.
