Description:
ASC is Australia’s submarine company. Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership to the Facilities Project Engineering team, ensuring team members are provided with direction and attainable yet challenging performance targets
- Lead direct reports to work across ASC, to support scope development and estimates for business areas to development business cases, to feed the overall infrastructure plan
- Identify potential risks to Collins Class Submarine (CCSM) Program and effectively manage, track, and report as required
- Develop Infrastructure and investment frameworks to support decision making and governance arrangements while ensuring consistent work processes
- Report on the status of major project and upgrades to each site, touching on the performance and compliance of business requirements
- Develop and maintain relationships with all key areas of the business to support the development of Infrastructure Strategic Plans
