As the Head Vehicle Energy (m/f/d) for Innovation in e-mobility division you will accelerate and enable the VT transition to an electrification champion by providing new most attractive solutions for battery electronics, power net components, DCDC as well as OBC (Onboard Charger) from a system & architecture perspective.

YOUR QUALIFICATION:

• Academic degree in electrical engineering or comparable qualification
• Long-term work experience, ideally within the Automotive industry
• Strong Leadership skills to get buy-in across the organization and advanced project management experience
• International and intercultural experience
• Business fluent English language skills, German as an advantage
• Insatiable curiosity, eagerness to learn and pioneering in the field of electrification and persistence in case of obstacles
• Passion for electrification and driving results
• Collaborate in networks internally and externally and drive global internal and external partnership with customers, suppliers and university

• Identify, develop and drive the implementation of product concepts for next generation for battery electronics and power net components e.g., for BMS, DCDC, OBC
• Guide division E & global VT towards positioning and value creation on next generation products. Output will be from system design up to pilot demonstration
• Leading projects for technology development in interdisciplinary and intercultural teams in close alignment with product line and global engineering team
• Partnering within VT organization as well as globally with OEM’s, best in class institutes, start-ups and engineering companies is required for scouting and evaluation
• Elaborate KPI with target to reach the system sweet spot definition of Vehicle Energy components
