We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as the Head of Integrated Digital Marketing.
Reporting into the VP Global Marketing and Sales Excellence, will lead our marketing team on the journey of embracing the full breadth of our marketing tools and technologies, leveraging our full MarTech stack to enhance end-to-end customer experience.
This role is critical in driving our integrated marketing strategy and execution across all channels and requires a visionary who can enhance Schneider Electric’s brand presence, create immersive digital experiences, and ensure the seamless integration of digital and physical customer interactions.
You will have a deep understanding of the latest digital trends and technologies impacting the market and how they can be introduced to build comprehensive customer lifecycle journeys.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Extensive experience in a senior digital marketing role encompassing growth, performance marketing and lifecycle management, with a track record driving impact across the marketing funnel, from acquisition through to revenue.
- Delivery and development of customer insight led marketing initiatives aligned to commercial strategy and strategfic goals.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively.
- Proficiency in upgrading MarTech stack and tools, showcasing adeptness with modern technologies.
- Digital marketing experience and knowledge of MarTech estate optimisation (skills, lead scoring, nurturing etc) through to digital media buying and social channel optimisation.
- Strong data proficiency and exceptional analytical skills with familiarity of tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics, ContentSquare
- Proven experience in performance marketing disciplines such as PPC, SEO, paid search, social marketing, and digital advertising
- Familiarity with lead generation tools such as Hubspot, Apollo, Marketo,
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Outreach.io, and how they contribute to business impact.

Responsibilities:
- Strategy: develop and execute the end-to-end marketing strategy - ensuring a complete omnichannel approach with digital techniques fully maximised - working with key stakeholders inside the marketing team and with adjacent functions (sales, product marketing, marketing peers, and the UK senior leadership team) to ensure alignment.
- Integration: Bridge the gap between operational marketing tactics and the digital integration opportunities of our MarTech stack. Take your team on a journey to enhance and elevate utilisation of omnichannel approaches with clear ROI and tracking.
- Acquisition: find the most efficient techniques, channels, and optimisations to support the marketing team to exceed targets for marketing engagement - Shared of Earned Media, Marketing Influenced Orders, Lead Generation, Opportunity Pipeline growth, and RAU (repeat active users)
- Digital Customer Experience: Work closely with Customer Experience and your digital marketing team to understand and improve the digital customer experience, bring a growth hacking mindset to the role, always looking for opportunities to optimise the conversion funnel.
- Marketing Automation: take ownership of the marketing automation stack (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CDP,) to make every digital interaction count.
- Leadership: support, motivate and nurture a talented marketing team on their digital journey, partnering with other global and regional teams to ensure we get the most out of a global and regional operating model
- Collaboration: Content drives our content and social media marketing strategy, including thought leadership, brand building and demand generation campaigns. Partner closely with business units, segment and channel teams to create the most impactful campaigns.
- Data Insights & Growth: Utilise a date driven approach, using insights to determine the most effective and efficient marketing techniques as well as reporting on return for key metrics.
