Our HR Operations team in Düsseldorf is looking for you!

Responsibilities:

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As the Head of International HR Services, you will:

  • Oversee the delivery of HR services across our new regions and countries outside our core markets
  • Be responsible for ensuring the quality, efficiency and compliance of our HR processes and systems, as well as driving continuous improvement and innovation and ensure alignment with the respective HR teams
  • Define and implement the strategy and vision for HR services in alignment with the global HR Operations strategy and business objectives
  • Be responsible for the strategic planning, development and implementation of our global mobility programs
  • Lead a team of mobility, payroll and project experts, who support our employees in international assignments, relocations and local hires and international HR projects
  • Work closely with various internal and external stakeholders, to optimize the policies and processes, ensure compliance and increase employee satisfaction
  • Monitor and control the budgets, costs and performance indicators
  • Manage the relationships with external service providers, such as relocation agencies, tax advisors and insurances
  • Act as sparring partner on all project developments, mobility issues, such as visa, taxes, social security, salary, benefits and culture- drive update of policies, contracts and documents in compliance with the legal requirements and the best practices
  • Steer HR projects and initiatives related to HR services, such as HR transformation, digitalization, automation, audit, risk and control systems etc.
  • Promote a cultural diversity and sensitivity in the entire organization
  • Ensure the compliance and standardization of HR policies, procedures and practices across the regions and countries, and manage the relationship with external providers and auditors
  • Provide coaching, guidance and feedback to the team and foster their professional development and career growth

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A master degree or equivalent in human resources, business administration, or a related field
  • At least 5-10 years of experience in HR, with at least 3-5 years in a senior HR services role and/or Global mobility role
  • Proven track record of leading and managing international HR teams and projects, and delivering high-quality HR services
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, systems and best practices, and experience in implementing HR solutions and innovations
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work effectively in a matrix and cross-cultural environment
  • Strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to drive change and innovation
  • Fluent in English and Germa
