Responsibilities:

  • Define the strategic media framework: Build the strategy for an effective and efficient media investment to reach our goals regarding brand, promotion, always on and performance, including allocation to the channels and the combination according to the goals of the respective campaigns
  • Set up the international agency structure: Transform the multi local agency landscape into a centrally led and coordinated media mix modelling framework
  • Implement international monitoring and analytics: Harmonize the Global KPI framework, establish the logic and system/tools of a KPI based steering and monitoring across all channels, including determining and steering of holistic marketing/ invest analytics (KPI framework, attribution, modelling)
  • Expand trademarketing efforts: Create concepts for profitable media strategies, including negotiations with our partners, and build up a growth business
  • Provide global paid-shared-owned media orchestration and framework
  • Establish global media guidelines for major campaigns
  • Select and steer global agency partners
  • Steer and collaborate with global media partners (Google, Meta, TikTok)
  • Drive and negotiate global media agreements in collaboration with sourcing and consultation of local functions
  • Take responsibility for global requests towards Marketing & Technology Solutions (i.e., Mar-Tech)
  • Act as a partner (m/f/d) for Trademarketing and Retail Media teams
