Head of Investigations, EMEA - Trust & Safety

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of experience managing and leading teams, including strategy development, objective setting, and performance reviews.
• Experience in relevant fields such as Trust and Safety, Business Analytics, Risk Management, Investigations, Threat Analysis, Fraud, or Integrity.
• Strong strategic, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven track record in handling complex investigations and crisis management.
• Demonstrated success in collaborating with cross-functional and global teams to achieve results.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of experience managing and leading teams, including managing managers.
• 5+ years of experience working in Trust and Safety.
• Proven ability to influence and drive change collaboratively across departments.
• Experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
