The Investor Relations (IR) hire will serve as a key liaison between the firm and its investors within the Healthcare Industry, ensuring clear communication, strong relationships, and ongoing trust. This individual will manage investor inquiries, support fundraising activities, and help articulate the fund’s performance, strategy, and vision to a diverse group of stakeholders.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CFA preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in investor relations, private equity, asset management, or investment banking.
- Strong understanding of private equity, credit, and real estate investment structures within the Healthcare industry is a must.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
• Proficiency in financial modelling, PowerPoint, and CRM tools. • Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Investor Communication:
o Act as the primary point of contact for existing and prospective investors.
o Prepare and distribute regular investor reports, updates, and fund performance summaries. o Develop presentations, newsletters, and other materials to effectively communicate the fund’s activities and achievements. - Fundraising Support:
o Drive the capital-raising efforts, including preparing pitch decks, data rooms, and marketing materials.
o Build and maintain a database of prospective investors, including institutions, family offices, and HNWIs focussing on clinical care.
o Organise and co-ordinate investor meetings, roadshows, and events. - Stakeholder Engagement:
o Address investor queries promptly and professionally, providing insights into portfolio performance and market opportunities.
o Build strong relationships with existing investors to foster trust and encourage reinvestment. - Reporting and Analysis:
o Collaborate with internal teams to gather and analyze data on fund performance, market trends, and portfolio companies.
o Ensure accurate and timely reporting to meet investor expectations and regulatory requirements. - Compliance and Documentation:
o Ensure all communication and documentation comply with legal and regulatory standards. o Maintain organized records of investor interactions and correspondence.
