Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as the Head of IT, CPSF. This role is pivotal in establishing a strong IT foundation for our organization while supporting strategic business operations and collaborating across various teams. A key responsibility includes building a new Salesforce instance, requiring excellent Salesforce platform expertise, ideally at an architect-level understanding. The ideal candidate will also possess a strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and business operations, coupled with expertise in Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, and the Microsoft stack.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Technical Expertise: Proven experience in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and Salesforce implementation within a corporate environment.
  • Salesforce Knowledge: Architect-level understanding of Salesforce platform design and customization.
  • Platform Knowledge: Advanced proficiency in Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft tools.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to develop and execute strategic business and pricing models.
  • Collaboration Skills: Demonstrated success working cross-functionally with Product, R&D, Finance, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 years in IT leadership or a similar role, preferably in a technology-driven organization.

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • IT and Business Operations Management:
  • Build and manage the IT foundation for the business unit, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Oversee IT and business processes, driving efficiency and scalability.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational workflows.
  • Salesforce Implementation and Management:
  • Design, build, and manage a new Salesforce instance tailored to business needs.
  • Ensure optimal use of Salesforce by leveraging architect-level expertise for customization and scalability.
  • Strategic Business Support:
  • Collaborate with leadership to shape and execute strategic business models and pricing strategies.
  • Partner with the Product and R&D teams to align operational support with product development initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of operational and strategic frameworks.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the finance and controller teams to ensure accurate financial operations and reporting.
  • Support Sales, Technical Sales, and Customer Success teams to enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth integration and alignment of tools and processes.
  • Cybersecurity Leadership:
  • Leverage cybersecurity expertise to protect company assets and mitigate risks.
  • Implement and manage security best practices in IT and business operations.
  • Readiness (or minimum willingness to learn) to drive and support ISO 27001 and ISAE 3000 certifications
  • Tool and Platform Management:
  • Utilize Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, and the Microsoft stack to streamline operations.
  • Provide training and support for team members on essential tools and platforms.
