JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an Head Of IT Development speaking French & English.

• Oversee and direct the IT department, ensuring alignment with organizational vision and strategies
• Manage and develop both the technical and soft skills of IT personnel
• Act as a primary liaison with compliance functions (DPO, Audit, Legal), ensuring adherence to regulatory and legal standards
• Guide the technology team on technology selection, implementation, and operational strategies
• Negotiate, monitor, and manage contracts with external suppliers, maintaining robust vendor relationships
• Ensure effective budget planning and control for the IT Team
• Establish, review, and update departmental procedures, focusing on operational security, compliance, and problem management
• Participate in and oversee operational IT management, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness
• Implement and maintain ITIL processes, ensuring their optimal functioning
• Responsible for recruiting, training, and motivating a diverse and skilled IT team
• Develop and maintain application support teams to meet business requirements
• Deliver performance reports based on defined KPIs and scorecards
