Join the Close Brothers IT Operational Control team where you will lead an internal team to provide Cross Function Services in partnership with our Managed Service Provider.
Working as part of the IT Operational Control team, our ideal team member will have previous experience of working with managed service engagements with excellent communication skills.

IT IS NOT ESSENTIAL BUT IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU:

• Have experience of DORA and other regulatory governance deliveries
• Have experience of working with Cloud Migrations/Cloud estate

• Manages the development, implementation and testing of continuity management plans
• Manages the relationship with individuals and teams who have authority for critical business processes and supporting systems
• Carries out risk management activities within a specific function, technical area or project of medium complexity
• Contributes to planning and executing of risk-based audit of existing and planned processes, products, systems and services
• Analyses service and component availability, reliability, maintainability and serviceability
• Develops, maintains and tests incident management procedures in agreement with service owners
• Ensures that appropriate action is taken to anticipate, investigate and resolve problems in systems and services
• Recruit, train and employ high calibre employees within budget, headcount levels and temporary resource requirements
  Developing Our People: as a line manager, you will be responsible for inspiring and motivating your team, as well as developing performance through coaching. You will encourage your team to take responsibility for their own personal development and provide support through regular feedback.
