WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

We are seeking a Head of IT & Security who thrives on working in a fast-paced, hands-on and highly flexible environment. This is a leadership position in the Technology organisation reporting directly to the CTO. We are in a rapid growth stage at present and there is an expectation for pragmatic, hands-on approach as we scale. This role will play a pivotal role in shaping our IT strategy while ensuring the security and integrity of our company’s data, product platform (application & hardware landscape), and internal IT landscape.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field
• Relevant professional qualifications such as CISM, CISSP, or similar will be highly regarded
• Familiarity with Lean\Agile development and DevOps environments
• An understanding of AI and Machine Learning algorithms and their implications for data security
• Knowledge of information security forensics, handling, logging and incident management
