Responsibilities:
- Ensure the smooth operation of IT shared services, supporting internal customers with infrastructure and applications incidents, requests, and changes. This involves managing a team of solution experts, setting priorities, and resolving operational issues
- Identify opportunities for improving processes and efficiency within the shared services teams
- Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and operational effectiveness
- Lead, mentor, and develop the IT shared services teams. This includes managing performance, providing training and development opportunities, and fostering a collaborative and productive team environment
- Managing and controlling the budget for IT shared services in different countries, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and adherence to financial constraint
