Description:
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:
- Ability to lead, motivate, and manage IT teams.
- Be customer focus
- Strong experience and background in IT Service Delivery Management
Responsibilities:
- Enhance and enforce IT standard related to IT Support, IT Operations and Delivery,
- Governance, procedures, and best practices.
- Coordinate and supervise the day-to-day activities of the IT Support, operations and delivery
- Oversee the implementation, and maintenance of IT systems
- Implement IT Delivery standard and strategy for CV as a group (internal stakeholders) and towards regulations
- Lead / mentor the managers of IT support and operations
- Setup of the IT Servide delivery management team
- Focus on maintaining IT service level indicators, ensuring service quality, and managing relationship with internal stakeholders
- Ensuring excellent support CV group staff in accordance with IT service management procedure
- Roadmap for the delivery of all products and services within their purview.
