EXPERIENCE

  • 7+ years of experience in designing transformative learning experiences, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of successfully developing innovative personal growth programs or platforms
  • Deep understanding of adult learning theories, behavioral change models, and their application in digital and experiential learning environments
  • Strong knowledge of current trends in personal development
  • Experience with data-driven decision making and applying analytics to measure personal transformation
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a high level of emotional intelligence
  • Ability to think holistically and translate visionary concepts into actionable learning journeys
  • Personal commitment to continuous self-improvement and consciousness expansion
