We are looking for a Head of Learning & Development at The Ivy Collection!
The Head of Learning & Development is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing the learning and development strategy across the organisation. This leadership role focuses on enhancing employee performance, fostering professional growth, and building capabilities to achieve organisational goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong vision for L&D and the ability to develop strategy to support current and future needs of the business as we continue to grow and expand the business. With excellent leadership skills, experience of operational L&D, a collaborative mindset and a passion for developing a culture of continuous learning the Head of L&D will be a key leadership role within our People team.
PREFERRED SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES
- Experience in change management and organizational transformation initiatives.
- Certification in training methodologies, coaching, or relevant areas (e.g., CPLP, ATTENSI, SHRM-CP/SCP, or similar).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Proactive, innovative, and results-oriented mindset.
