We are recruiting for a Head of Legal to join our fantastic Compliance team.
Working in a highly diverse and entrepreneurial business, our Legal Team are responsible for the risk management and control of customer and supplier contracts, ensuring the Company’s procedures and objectives are achieved and legal, reputational, or financial risks are minimised.
Reporting into the Head of Compliance and working closely with the commercial and delivery teams, this role will see you lead a small in-house legal team, ensuring that they have a clear understanding of projects and targets to deliver excellent customer service while minimising financial or reputational risk to the Company.
Your ability to engage and foster excellent working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders will be essential to delivering sustained improvements within agreed service levels.
Your strong people management skills will be crucial in creating a high-performance culture through coaching and development whilst implementing sustainable improvements to drive business performance.
