We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our Wealth and Personal Banking team, working together with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional business targets.

Responsibilities:

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

  • Responsible for product level performance in generating revenue from existing and new business across the key markets and customers.
  • Optimize the product suite, identify product gaps and business opportunities and deliver initiatives to build and sustain competitive edge, through constant evaluation of market trend, customer group segmentation and regular review of TB product portfolio
  • Hold technical expertise in all products, as well delivering change programs in line with strategy enabling achievement of revenue targets.
  • Ensure products are launched in line with relevant group & UAE market policies.
  • Constantly strive to deliver streamlined and ever more efficient process for the client to complete business with HSBC.
  • Deliver multi-channel solutions, with a specific focus on Mobile, to allow clients to interact with the Bank in the medium they most prefer.
  • Own a significant balance sheet and P&L, whilst overseeing profit performance to ensure overall FRP aspirations are delivered and exceeded.
  • Be required to create & articulate a strategic vision for the product suite to meet future FRP aspirations, with an onus on driving primary banking customer behaviour.
  • Establish a close working relationship and therefore gain significant exposure to Global, Regional & UAE leadership, both within the line of business and the entity
    Requirements

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE, YOU SHOULD MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:

  • Graduation degree is a must to secure a UAE Visa and Work Permit.
  • In-Depth experience in transaction banking most essentially in product management & development.
  • Experience in coordinating transaction banking products activities/sales/training/IT/financial planning.
  • Experience in both developing and developed markets.
  • Proven track record in working in multi-function projects.
  • Product Knowledge of Transaction Banking Products
  • Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management.
  • Culturally sensitive and understanding of local customer and market needs.
  • Able to take responsibility for E2E commercial KPIs and risk & control environment.
  • Work closely with the respective country to develop, penetrate and drive growth across all levers of the transaction banking business.
  • Work closely with all Partners across the Group and country.
  • Strong leadership skills coupled with a high and demanding standard for delivery.
