Description:

Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a leading manufacturing business to recruit a Head of Manufacturing Engineering to join a growing organisation in the North West.
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Manufacturing Engineering to lead a diverse team and be responsible for overseeing all aspects of manufacturing engineering, quality, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Duties of the Head of Manufacturing Engineering will include:

  • Lead and manage a diverse team
  • Developing and implementing manufacturing strategies to optimize production efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements

  • Utilise advanced manufacturing technologies and methodologies

  • Degree qualified in Manufacturing Engineering or related field
  • Experienced in leading teams within a fast-paced Manufacturing environment
  • In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes and technologies
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong project management abilities
