Overview of the role
The Head of Marketing will lead the marketing department, developing and implementing strategies to drive growth for our network and our 12 clinics. This role involves overseeing all marketing activities across the entire marketing funnel, managing the marketing team, and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
What you will do
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and plans aligned with business objectives, with a strong focus on growth.
Set and monitor KPIs to measure marketing performance and drive continuous improvement.
Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clinic management, partners, and external vendors.
Lead, coach, and develop the marketing team to achieve high performance and professional growth.
Oversee budget allocation and ensure efficient use of resources.
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions.

What qualifies you for the role
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Experience in the healthcare or medical industry is a must.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and bring growth.
