Redefining an entire category of farming isn’t easy and we strongly believe that having a best-in-class marketing team is key to our success. We aim to lead the charge in creating compelling content that shows farmers how our products can make their lives easier and more productive. That’s where you come in. We need a strong leader to run our marketing team and help us achieve our bold vision for the future of farming.

OUR JOURNEY

Our virtual fence collars are designed and produced in Norway and sold directly to farmers here at home, in the UK, and soon globally. We’re setting our sights on rapid expansion. To achieve this, we need to excel at creating authentic and impactful content that resonates with farmers and drives conversion. Digital marketing and lead generation will be critical to scaling our business.
Our product has been in development for 3 years, and last year we made it available to farmers in Norway. Now, it’s time to scale the commercial team. We’re looking for someone to drive this growth, shape our strategy, and help us turn our bold ambitions into a global success story. We have a strong commercial team today, split into Farmer Success, Sales and Marketing. You will work closely with the entire team, particularly our Communications and PR Manager, and our CCO to align marketing efforts with our commercial goals

Responsibilities:

  • Team leadership: Build, lead and inspire a high-performing marketing team. Set direction, prioritize initiatives, and oversee progress toward goals.
  • Strategize for growth: Use your expertise and knowledge in storytelling, customer journey mapping and digital marketing to challenge the status quo and shape the strategy.
  • Analyze and optimize: Track key performance metrics to uncover actionable insights and drive smart decisions across markets.
  • Create impactful content: Get to know the farmer inside-out and use this understanding to make impactful decisions at every stage of the customer journey. Lead the creation of authentic, engaging content - especially videos - that make farmers think: “this is exactly what I need”, across our website, paid ads and social media.
  • Fuel lead quality and drive conversions: Optimize our website to turn curious visitors into qualified leads, customers and raving fans in every market. Engage qualified leads by leveraging strategies like automated workflows and retargeting tactics to fuel digital sales. Collaborate closely with sales to shorten the sales cycle and increase conversion rates.
  • Drive ad strategy and optimization: Plan and execute paid ad campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, and digital newspapers to optimize ROI and attract leads.
  • SEO: Lead SEO efforts and use on-page and off-page techniques to boost organic visibility, ensuring our brand is the first stop for farmers seeking innovation.
    Extensive experience in all these areas is not a strict requirement. Above all, we are looking for the right person – personality, attitude and potential outweigh experience.
