THE EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR
· Minimum University Bachelor’s degree in a commercial Subject or experience deemed equivalent
· Brand Marketer with minimum 8 years’ experience in Marketing. Experience in Sales and/or Trade
Marketing is advantageous. Must be degree qualified.
· Must be able to demonstrate outstanding commercial skills and potential, developed preferably within an FMCG environment.
· Experience in media or ecommerce a plus, but not required
· International work experience advantageous
· Demonstrated leadership qualities, particularly in influencing, contributing to, and challenging business strategy.
· Demonstrate strong commercial awareness, including financial acumen, P&L understanding, and analytical skills.
· Ability to work under pressure

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
In summary, you’ll:
· Manage a team of Assistant Brand Managers, Brand Managers, Senior Brand Managers, and Consumer Engagement Media Managers. Support the local management of an I&A manager (dotted line)
· Champion the Essential Home mission and maximize the potential of your team
· Be responsible for the achievement of financial and market share targets for a group of brands in the market. Act as “Marketing Director” for the ANZ region, being responsible for full P&L incl marketing budget. Tracking of business performance, outlook for next 12 months and gap filling initiatives
· Lead your team to develop and execute consumer marketing plans for your brands
· Work across functions including region, CGO, supply, sales and finance to develop and execute with excellence your commercial plans
· Lead your team to execute and “amplify” with scale and excellence Media, NPD, Communications and BDI plans in line with region and CGO guidelines / toolkits
