The Role & Missions:
We are looking for our future Head of Marketing Benelux and Germany. You will be directly reporting to the Vice President Central Western Europe with a functional report to the EAF (Europe-Africa) Marketing VP. You will be based in Brussels and manage a team of 12 talents (7 FTE and 5 interns) across 3 offices (Brussels, Amsterdam, Frankfurt).
Your will actively contribute to the development of these 3 strategic and fast-growing markets by making Club Med the most desirable Holiday Lifestyle brand. Your role will be to grow the brand awareness and nurture the brand image, increase traffic across all channels (web, agencies and contact center) and segments (individual travelers & MICE) and optimize website site conversion. You will be responsible for all the local marketing levers (Online / Offline Media, Social Media, Website, PR, CRM) and will define the mid and long term strategic vision, planning, implementation and budgeting in order to maximize the sales performance. You will collaborate hand in hand with the Direct sales, B2B sales, Transport, Customer Care and Finance departments. You will be a key business partner to the Central Western Europe VP, constantly monitoring the business performance and proactively proposing action plans to meet and exceed the targets.
