EXPERIENCE
- 7 years of working experience, including 3+ years in leading roles
- Proven track record in marketing strategy for enterprise B2B companies in e-commerce; Fintech experience, nice to have. Agency background welcome.
- Experience in building or implementing new brand images
- Familiarity with startup/scale-up environments is advantageous
- Excellent strategic thinking and hands-on mentality
- Effective communication skills in both English and German
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Responsibilities:
YOUR ROLE WITHIN OUR CLIENT’S TEAM
As Head of Marketing, you will lead their global marketing function, driving their brand presence and growth in a highly competitive B2B e-commerce and fintech landscape. This role is crucial in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance their market position, generate leads, and support their sales function.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute a robust marketing and communications strategy
- Conduct thorough market and competitor analyses to identify opportunities and adapt strategies, leading on a rebranding initiative, enhancing the client’s market positioning and brand image
- Support the creation of compelling materials and narratives for RFP processes and pitches
- Spearhead the implementation of targeted marketing strategies, for ABM, CM, SEO and SEA, Performance marketing
- Collaborate closely with sales to align marketing efforts with sales goals, focusing on pipeline generation and activation
- Develop and monitor KPIs to measure and optimize marketing performance, analysing campaign results to drive continuous improvement
