Description:
YOUR MISSION:
The Head of Marketing DACH is in charge of owning and developing the Marketing strategy for the DACH region. In collaboration with the GM and the other regional functional leaders, they are responsible for building the most efficient regional operating model, which supports effective multi-channel campaigns, aimed at achieving our regional targets. Managing the Marketing Campaign Manager and collaborating with the other regional marketing stakeholders, the Head of Marketing DACH also participates in the production of campaign specific content required to execute their strategy. They foster a collaborative environment, and represent the Marketing interest within the local market. They are ultimately responsible for the marketing performance in the region.

Responsibilities:
- You’ll lead the creation of the Marketing strategy for DACH
- You’ll create campaigns as well as content, relevant to execute on the defined strategy
- You’ll participate in defining the KPIs and output you believe the regional marketing team should be measured on
- You’ll work on establishing solid relationships and communication avenues with the other regional stakeholders
- You’ll manage a direct report, with dotted lines to the rest of the regional marketing team (5 people in total)
What you’ll bring to the team:
- 7+ years of related marketing experience, ideally in field/regional marketing
- 2+ years experience in leadership or management roles
- Proven success in driving qualified demand for the company’s products/services
- Deep understanding of the DACH market, and how to execute the most efficient strategy for the region
- Commercially driven and ambitious to prove the ROI of marketing campaigns
- Experience in partnering with commercial teams (Sales and Partnerships)
- Metric driven with the ability to draw insight from complex marketing data
