Description:

Company Description
Hi. We’re OFX, a global provider of online, international payment services. We solve the complexity of moving money and enable better decisions. Headquartered in Sydney with offices worldwide, we’re a customer-focused business that is all about inspiring customer confidence.
At OFX, you’ll have the opportunity to reach beyond your role and function across disciplines. Make use of your diverse skill set at a business that values your expertise and turn your potential into reality.
Job Description

Responsibilities:

PURPOSE OF YOUR ROLE

You will be accountable for delivering business goals in EMEA via localized marketing strategy and execution. You will influence the evolution of the B2B funnel end to end, including awareness, acquisition, activation, and continued engagement through the customer lifecycle. In this fixed term role, you’ll need to hit the ground running at a time of significant change for the business, and work with key stakeholders to develop the Go To Market plan for a new product launch, and a combined sales and marketing activation in the region.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Define the annual marketing plan to support the region’s revenue growth, meeting commercial targets. Segment the local market, design and implement the acquisition plan driving growth in B2B
  • Be the marketing owner of EMEA customer and commercial metrics, identifying opportunities for OFX to win, engage, and retain customers
  • Lead the development and execution of integrated multi-channel B2B regional marketing campaigns, with a focus on UK, Germany, and Ireland
  • Launch new products and services in the UK targeting businesses, leveraging global Centers of Excellence such as digital acquisition, website, CRM, and brand to ensure messaging and approach meet global requirements, but are effectively localized for the market
  • Partner closely with Sales, Finance, and Sales Operations to work towards a unified B2B marketing and sales funnel strategy, ensuring the marketing plan supports and drives Sales performance
  • Influence, build, execute, and measure a new B2B channel partner marketing strategy inclusive of sports sponsorships and accountancy vertical
  • Represent marketing on the EMEA Senior Leadership Team, considering what’s best for the business vs. always taking a function-led approach
  • As a member of the Global Marketing Leadership Team, carry team culture, maintain a high performing team, and take deep care for employees’ professional development
  • Be accountable for team capability, utilizing external expertise to improve capability when needed, including ownership of agency and supplier relationships
  • Own the EMEA marketing budget and invest to meet commercial goals
  • Develop deep knowledge of competitors, industry, customer segments, and pipeline
  • Lead the EMEA team of 2 marketers, plus virtual team
  • Act as an ambassador for OFX at all times, promoting the businesses’ best interests and OFX values
