- Are looking for an exciting Head of Marketing role which gives you the opportunity to reshape and rethink the contribution marketing can make to Esri UK.
- Have significant experience in a senior marketing or leadership role within a global organisation or SaaS company that will help you to build and develop a highly effective marketing function.
- Are an inspirational leader who is able to nurture and develop your team and establish a highly successful team culture.
- Have knowledge and understanding of brand strategy, thought leadership, customer advocacy, integrated campaign management, proposition development and acquisition marketing techniques across digital, social and technical channels.
- Are both creative and analytical, you are able to develop a creative vision for outstanding marketing campaigns, but are also able to take a data-driven approach to delivering and reporting on marketing outcomes.
- You have a strong understanding and experience of the systems and processes required to deliver data-driven digital marketing campaigns at scale.
- Other: because of the types of data and clients we work with, all our positions require successful candidates be based in the UK and willing to complete the relevant security clearances.

The location This is a home-based role. You will however need to visit our head office In Aylesbury regularly, attend face-to-face meetings, and be happy to travel within the UK to our conferences, key events etc. as required.
