Are you a seasoned marketing professional with a passion for driving impactful strategies and making a difference in the lives of children and families? Goodstart, Australia’s largest provider of early learning and care, is looking for a strategic Head of Marketing to lead our brand growth and family engagement initiatives.
As the Head of Marketing, you will be at the forefront of shaping Goodstart’s brand presence and driving our marketing efforts. Reporting to the Chief Products and Services Officer, you will lead a talented team and collaborate with various stakeholders to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE YOU WILL HAVE:
Formal tertiary qualification in Marketing or Business with an extensive and demonstrated experience in the management of a marketing, experience or communication function
Experience working in a large, distributed ‘service’ industry
Absolute customer mindset with a strong track record in developing value propositions using market insight and hard metrics with commercial acumen with sound business judgement
Ability to work collaboratively and rally an organisation behind an idea
Strong planning and prioritisation skills with the ability to broker outcomes with stakeholders
Experience in developing and maintaining mature business relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, including the ability to influence and persuade.
Experience engaging, leading and developing teams fostering an agile mindset and behaviours
Knowledge of the early learning and care sector (desirable)
Proven experience defining and leading the implementation of improvement and transformation projects (desirable)
