ABOUT ILLUVIUM

Illuvium Labs is an independent game development studio based in the UAE. We develop blockchain-based games for the Illuvium DAO. We have developed a strong culture of independence with our team, preferring candidates who can articulate their own vision and goals. We operate almost entirely remotely so each team member designs their own hours and work schedule. In the end, all that matters is the delivered product. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and the community.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing marketing teams, preferably in the gaming or blockchain industry.
  • An understanding of blockchain, NFTs, and Web3 gaming.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies.
  • Passion for gaming with extensive experience in playing and understanding online multiplayer games.
  • Ability to analyze data, track performance, and make informed decisions based on insights.

Responsibilities:

ROLE DESCRIPTION

As the Head of Marketing at Illuvium, you will play a pivotal role in defining and driving our marketing strategy. You will be responsible for leading marketing initiatives, building brand awareness, and fostering community engagement to support the growth and success of our games.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to promote Illuvium’s games and brand.
  • Lead and manage the marketing team to ensure effective implementation of marketing campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media and key industry stakeholders.
  • Oversee the creation of compelling content and marketing materials to attract and engage players.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with product development and community teams to ensure alignment on marketing goals and activities.
  • Manage marketing budgets, track performance metrics, and provide regular reports to senior leadership.
  • Develop and execute strategies for user acquisition, retention, and engagement.
  • Organize and oversee marketing events, including game launches, promotional activities, and community events.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive brand presence within the gaming and blockchain communities.
