Description:

HEAD OF MARKETING - 80-100% (M/W/D)

ManpowerGroup Switzerland is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing to lead and manage our marketing team, driving growth and brand recognition for our three key brands: Manpower, Experis, and TalentSolutions. This leadership role requires a strategic and hands-on marketing professional with a positive, can-do attitude and fluency in French, German, and English.

Responsibilities:

Leadership and Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 6 marketing professionals in Zurich Oerlikon and Morges.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, promoting professional growth and development.

Strategic & Brand Marketing:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for Manpower, Experis, and TalentSolutions for the Swiss market.
  • Align marketing efforts with overall business objectives and market trends.
  • Oversee market analytics and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Enhance brand awareness and positioning in the Swiss market with consistent messaging and identity across all channels and touchpoints.

Integrated Marketing:

  • Execute multi-channel / multi-discipline marketing campaigns (email, events, fairs, social media, etc.).
  • Manage communication, including media relations and corporate and internal communications.
  • Coordinate with global and European marketing teams to ensure alignment and leverage global resources.
  • Hands on in Content creation and event production.

Digital Marketing:

  • Drive digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and adjust strategies as needed.

Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
  • Monitor and report on marketing spend and ROI.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (regional management, branches, Sales, IT) to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, and vendors.
