As the Head of Marketing (Maternity Cover), you will please a pivotal role in shaping and executing an innovative marketing strategy across all Firmdale Hotels. Reporting directly to the Director of PR & Marketing, you will lead a dynamic team and work closely with various departments to drive brand awareness and engagement.

Responsibilities:
THE ROLE:
- Work with the Director of Marketing & PR to continue to implement a proactive and reactive marketing plan that encompasses Firmdale Hotels & Restaurants.
- Work closely with the PR, Sales, F&B teams and hotel GMs to drive marketing communications and initiatives
- Manage the workflow and output of the Marketing Executive on a daily basis, overseeing content across all platforms including website, newsletters, collateral and digital content
- Manage the workflow and output of the Digital Marketing Manager, overseeing CRM, website development/UX, digital ad campaigns and reporting
- Responsible for the marketing of hotel activations and events to drive awareness and attendance
- Cultivate and enhance strong and meaningful relationships and partnerships with external brands in line with Firmdale Hotels’ target audience
- Be a positive brand guardian and ambassador
