In order to achieve our next phase of growth, we are looking for a Head of Marketing & Partner Acquisition. You will be part of our management team, representing our acquisition approach towards existing and potential investors and stakeholders.
- Driving growth at socialbee with innovative acquisition strategies for both the refugee and company side, including both online and offline tools
- Defining and optimising all marketing activities, including acquisition strategy, lead growth, end-to-end funnel optimisation, lead data quality and tracking
- Developing socialbee as the category leader through brand building, thought leadership and content marketing and end-to-end ownership of the brand
- Leading an outcome-oriented marketing team: Team members know their goals, are empowered for self-leadership and receive guidance where needed, fostering personal as well as professional growth

- Strong intrinsic motivation to improve social impact in the field of migration.
- Entrepreneurial leader with strong analytical, strategic and creative acumen, hungry to test and iterate new channels to find efficient growth channels
- 4 years+ experience in a data-driven marketing environment, experience in multichannel marketing strategies, i.e. in acquisition and conversion (online and offline, ideally with community aspect)
- 3 years+ experience in a strategic environment, e.g. consulting, growth start-ups, experience in brand and content strategies and in B2B sales is a strong plus
- Fluency in English is mandatory, German is a big plus

- You are responsible for coordinating an outcome-oriented marketing team that pragmatically develops new approaches aligned with other teams, ensuring efficiency in costs and resources while focusing on key success factors to achieve OKRs
- Your team members know their goals, are empowered for self-leadership where possible, and receive guidance where needed, fostering satisfaction and personal as well as professional growth
