Description:

Pocketlaw is seeking an innovative and strategic Head of Marketing to lead all marketing initiatives. This is a holistic marketing role which involves driving Pocketlaw’s brand presence, customer acquisition, and market expansion across Content Marketing, Product Marketing, Performance Marketing, and Events.
This role will report directly to the VP GTM, with a dotted line to the CEO. The goal of this role is to drive pipeline through organic channels and build out a team as this grows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with Pocketlaw’s goals.
  • Content Marketing: Oversee content creation to engage our audience, support brand positioning, and drive customer engagement.
  • Product Marketing: Collaborate with the product team to develop go-to-market strategies and communicate product value.
  • Performance Marketing: Lead digital marketing campaigns to optimize customer acquisition and revenue growth. (Linkedin, Email & other socials)
  • Event Management: Plan and execute impactful events (both internally and externally organised) that enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Proven track record in a senior marketing role, with a focus on content, product, or digital marketing. (3+ years experience)
  • Strong leadership and project management skills with excellent communication.
  • Data-driven mindset with a track record of optimising marketing performance.
  • Interest in and experience of using AI tools in your daily work.
