THE IMPACT YOU CAN MAKE

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our 360’ marketing functions (including campaign management, communications, PR, thought leadership, brand positioning, and copywriting) but with a key focus on building the bridge between content, brand, product marketing, and business development. With two highly capable team members already managing substantial responsibilities of content, communications, and brand, the Head of Marketing will provide strategic direction and bring fresh perspectives to enhance our brand’s impact. Reporting directly to our Head of Business Development, this role is critical in shaping our market presence and guiding our innovative solutions to success. OUR MARKETING JOURNEY SO FAR & VISION FOR THE ROLE

At InPlanet, in the span of a year, we have experienced significant growth and success in our marketing efforts. We have kicked off a powerful brand and we are proud of becoming a key thought leader in the enhanced rock weathering and CDR space. In our next exciting chapter, we are expanding beyond our brand, communications, and content strategy into the dynamic world of performance and product marketing to drive the business forward. As we continue to innovate in the emerging field of carbon dioxide removal, we are seeking a visionary Head of Marketing/Senior Marketing Manager to lead our team and elevate our marketing strategy. This role requires a unique blend of business development acumen and a deep understanding of product and content marketing practices to navigate uncharted territories in our industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with our Head of BD to develop, drive, and execute the overall marketing strategy in accordance with company OKRs
  • Bring a product marketing mindset and experience to drive business
  • Build the bridge between business development, product, digital, brand, and content marketing
  • Develop a communication and campaign strategy with the marketing team
  • Establish digital, performance marketing metrics and build strong relationship with the BD & Sales team
  • Enable and support the effective participation of core events in the CDR space
  • Set an effective but realistic PR strategy
  • Oversee content and copy creation workflows
  • Target our customers and key audiences through various channels like Social Media (LinkedIn), Newsletters, and other solutions
  • Optimizing our website flow with the team to drive success and conversions
  • Contribute to creative direction & brand quality control
  • Embed thought leadership of ERW and CDR into our marketing strategy
  • Build and coach the marketing team for future growth
