We are seeking a creative and experienced Head of Marketing to join our team. In this role, you will develop and lead marketing strategies to enhance the visibility of ReviewSolicitors and drive business growth. This is a hands-on position where you will manage a small team and work cross-functionally to execute campaigns across a variety of channels.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a marketing management role, ideally within the legal industry or of a SaaS product.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including social media, email marketing, and partnership marketing.
- Experience in overseeing the production of marketing materials such as brochures, email campaigns, and video content.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team and work collaboratively across departments.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Strong communication and analytical skills, with a focus on driving measurable results.
- Knowledge of the legal industry is a plus but not essential.
Responsibilities:
ROLE OVERVIEW:
As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for crafting and executing marketing strategies aimed at increasing the visibility of ReviewSolicitors and generating new opportunities for growth. You will lead a team of four and collaborate with our in-house graphic design team to produce engaging content across multiple platforms. Your role will involve overseeing the production of marketing materials like brochures, email campaigns, and video content, with a focus on building brand awareness through social media, partnerships, and events.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance the visibility of ReviewSolicitors and drive business growth.
- Manage the production of marketing materials, including brochures, email campaigns, and video content that showcase our services and expertise.
- Oversee social media, partnerships, and sponsorships to maximise brand exposure and engage our audience.
- Lead the planning and execution of network events, including the sponsorship of 25+ regional law societies, to build partnerships and create new business opportunities.
- Ensure the effective production of video content, including overseeing editing (handled by another team member), to align with overall marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with the graphic design team to produce collateral for campaigns and events.
- Manage and mentor a team of four, driving performance and ensuring marketing efforts are aligned with business goals.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve results.
- Work closely with the sales and account management teams to ensure alignment between marketing activities and business objectives.
