Scope is a registered provider under the NDIS and delivers a range of services including supported independent living, short term accommodation (respite), social connections, lifestyle options, therapy and employment services in over 420 service locations across Victoria and NSW.

Scope is looking for a dynamic Head of Marketing to lead our marketing division as both the disability sector and our organisation goes through rapid transformation. You will be responsible for leading and shaping our marketing strategy, as well as leading a passionate team to new heights.
The role will be responsible for the development and delivery of a customer-centric and insights-led marketing strategy. With Scope having recently been through a merging of three brands and a brand refresh, you will have full accountability for key marketing activities and metrics, and ensuring alignment with business priorities and revenue targets.
This is a highly visible and strategic senior leadership role, working closely with an inspiring Executive to influence change within a rapidly evolving organisation and sector.
