Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

The newly created role of Head of Marketing Technology will own and deliver on the technical vision for our AdTech platforms to drive both our marketing activities and our rapidly growing retail media business.
The role, which will report directly to our Director of Growth Marketing and with a dotted line into our Director of OEM & Media will help the business develop new ways to reach and monetise audiences and users as well as drive the performance of our existing advertising products whilst developing new and innovative advertising solutions for our car manufacturer partners.
You will also have one eye to the future, predicting trends and ensuring we are well placed for structural changes to the market and able to capitalise on growth opportunities -as we scale as a business..
The role requires extensive strategic and operational experience in delivering MarTech and AdTech solutions whilst working with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams to achieve business outcomes. The success of the role will be measured through the efficient delivery of revenue-generating campaigns, increased marketing effectiveness and the advancement of our AdTech capabilities.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

We’re looking for an experienced AdTech professional to lead the vision across our content and commerce platforms. You will be working closely with the Customer & Marketing and OEM Media Sales Teams and other stakeholders to conceive, research and deliver technologies to offer best-in-class marketing and advertising solutions.
You will help scope and specify technologies to fulfil current and future requirements and lead the evaluation of suppliers and their selection whilst working with Product teams and engineers to deliver and continually optimise partners to deliver value and operational excellence.
