As we continue to grow, we seek a dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts and drive our strategic vision.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Head of Marketing will develop and execute the overall marketing strategy to drive growth and enhance brand presence. This role will oversee all marketing activities, including demand generation, digital marketing, content creation, and market research. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of B2B marketing strategies, and a successful campaign management track record.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of marketing experience in a B2B environment, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is advantageous.
- Skills:
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Expertise in digital marketing, content creation, and demand generation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM systems, analytics tools).
- A strong preference will be given to those from the Games and Entertainment industry
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- A flexible and collaborative approach, with experience of working within a diversified senior management team would be beneficial.
- Culturally flexible, sensitive and possessing a high degree of EQ.
Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Create and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company’s business goals and objectives.
- Leadership: Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Demand Generation: Develop and execute demand generation campaigns to drive leads and support sales efforts.
- Content Marketing: Oversee the creation of high-quality content that engages target audiences and supports the company’s value proposition.
- Digital Marketing: Manage digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media, to maximize reach and ROI.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs to inform marketing strategies.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, and provide regular reports and insights to the executive team.
- Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing materials and channels.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
