POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Head of MEA and Official Institutions will lead and drive the growth of our asset management business across the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region. This executive role encompasses the leadership of the local Institutional and Intermediary Client Coverage Team, the Investment Team, and the Official Institutions Team. The incumbent will act as the legal entity head for the Dubai branch and the regional head for the Riyadh legal entity, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and fostering robust client relationships.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Extensive experience in asset management or related financial services, with a strong focus on the MEA region.
• Proven track record in leading and growing a business unit or regional office.
• Deep understanding of the institutional and intermediary market landscape in MEA.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams within a matrix organization.
• Excellent client relationship management skills, with the ability to engage with C-suite executives and key stakeholders.
• In-depth knowledge of local regulatory environments and compliance requirements.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
