COMPANY DESCRIPTION

As the Head of Media Network, you’ll be the driving force behind Red Bull’s communication strategy in the Czech Republic. A key member of the Czech Marketing Leadership Team, you’ll lead a core team of four direct reports and manage a wider group of external collaborators.
You’ll oversee all aspects of content creation, social media strategy, and influencer (creator) management, ensuring Red Bull stays ahead in media innovation and audience engagement. Your strategic vision will shape how Red Bull communicates with consumers across social platforms, owned channels, and third-party media.

QUALIFICATIONS

• A senior communication professional with at least 8 years of experience in communications, media or strategy within media-led companies.
• Proven track record in leading teams and managing media content and distribution strategies.
• Strong understanding of the Czech media landscape and consumer behavior.
• Deep network of media partners, production companies, and creative talents.
• Creative mindset with a passion for content, storytelling, and digital platforms.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills, both within your team and with external partners.
• Ability to think strategically, with a strong focus on innovation and audience engagement.
• Perfect command of both Czech and English, orally and in writing.
