Description:
Responsibilities:
- Providing strategic and operational leadership, management, and mentoring to the Medical Devices and Technology division, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure high performance and motivation.
- Setting a clear vision backed by measurable goals and KPIs for the division and monitoring progress, providing constructive feedback and implementing strategies for improvement.
- Mentoring and supporting staff to exceed their targets and achieve promotions
- Analysing recruitment metrics and team performance data to identify trends, track key performance indicators, and generating insightful reports for management review.
- Building, managing and leveraging relationships with a range of existing and prospective clients and candidates
- Working with the L&D team to develop and deliver workshops on your area of expertise
- Driving the use of Acacium AI and other technologies and tools to optimise recruiter performance
- Maintaining accurate candidate and client records in Bullhorn or other required systems.
- Representing the organisation as an ambassador at sector specific conferences and other external events
- Developing market knowledge by staying updated on industry trends, market conditions, and recruitment best practices.
- Acting as a medical devices and medical technology market expert both internally and to clients and candidates, provide insights and advice regarding specialist market information and talent availability.
- Supporting Talent Acquisition with identifying, assessing and hiring new team members to scale the division
- Working with peers globally in Medical Devices to expand the Proclinical medical device and medical technology footprint and support globalisation of accounts within the vertical
