Description:
YOUR FUTURE, AS A HEAD OF MERGERS AND ACQUISITIONS AT MYDENTIST
You’ll be joining our M&A team within our office called Support Centre, which is in Greater Manchester (M26 1GG).
- The role is permanent and full time
- Can be based anywhere in the UK.
- Hybrid working arrangements travel required for business needs.
- You will benefit from free onsite parking and Kearsley train station is just a short walk away
- With an onsite mini market shop and casual seating space inside and outside (for the sunnier days)
Your skills:
- A minimum of 3 years experience as an M&A professional who has delivered multiple acquisitions end-to-end.
- Experience as a business leader who has successfully led a function to deliver ambitious commercial results.
- Able to manage multiple workstreams, and oversee multiple transactions at any time
- Detail-oriented, with proven analytical, numerate and critical thinking skills
- Strong understanding of deal mechanics and the legal aspects of HoTs, due diligence and SPAs / BPAs able to understand the technical detail and make appropriate decisions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills able to communicate with impact, present and respond to challenge from Exec and Board level stakeholders
Responsibilities:
As a Head of M&A, you’ll be:
- Owning and overseeing all acquisitions end-to-end, from origination through to negotiation, due diligence and completion and onto a growth programme.
- Bringing a strategic view to lead generation and prioritisation optimising strategic outcomes and value generation.
- Working collaboratively and manage key internal and external stakeholders throughout the negotiation and purchase process, to ensure a smooth process and maximise success
Responsible for and present business cases to the Exec Leadership Team and Board to seek approval and sign-offBuilding and leading a market-leading team to drive success and performance at pace
