REQUIREMENTS

  • Extensive experience within the licensing and/or retail and consumer goods sector in a sales and new business capacity
  • Extensive new business experience both UK and international, developing and sourcing new partners
  • Experience in contract negotiations and commercial planning; a track record in building and converting sales leads
  • Strong P&L understanding and how to maximise profitability through business development
  • Experience in collaborating across teams, jointly working to deliver and optimise a cross category partnership and licensing strategy
  • Rigour of strategic landscape analysis combined with the motivation and resilience required for ongoing outreach
  • High level of influencing and diplomacy skills and the ability to balance competing interests and manage multiple stakeholders with complex and competing objectives
  • Organised, structured and demonstrate a systematic approach in assessing a situation and seeing the route to the solution
