JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join our team as the Head of Oncology, Transplant and Rare Diseases (OTR) Business Unit in Belgium. This role is pivotal in providing strategic and operational direction to our Sales and Marketing teams, ensuring the successful execution of product strategies to maximize patient and customer benefits, and optimizing the value of our OTR products.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Life Science, Business Administration, or similar (Master’s preferred).
  • At least 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with significant leadership experience.
  • Proven success in regional sales management and/or brand/product management.
  • Experience in Oncology, Transplant, and Rare Diseases preferred.
  • Strong financial acumen and P&L management experience.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in French and/or Flemish is an asset.

  • Decisive leadership with the ability to align local strategies with global goals.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Innovative thinking with the ability to formulate effective marketing and sales strategies.
