WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Our Online team supports the customer journey across all our online platforms, delivering an engaging and relevant shopping experience wherever our customer’s shop. As our Head of Online Trade - Target, reporting directly into the General Manager of Online – Kmart & Target, you will be accountable for driving trade and conversion to support the ongoing growth of our online sales. You will be the custodian of the online sales channels and will work collaboratively with key business stakeholders, ensuring teams make informed and data driven decisions to drive online sales. Leading the Target Online Trade team, you will be an inspiring, engaging, and supportive people leader.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU’LL HAVE:

• A track record of success leading digital/ecommerce teams and strategies, with experience in the retail apparel sector being key.
• Innate understanding of consumer-focused digital experiences
• A commercial mindset, with a strong analytical and data-based approach to decision-making
• Natural collaborator, with the ability to build strong relationships and engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders to align behind a common goal
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency using analytics packages including Google analytics to drive revenue and conversion
• An innovative thinker and ‘can-do’ attitude to seek out and deliver exciting new ideas for the business
