Ontic, a leading licensor and manufacturer of complex engineering parts for the global aerospace and defence industries, are now recruiting for a Head of Operational Finance to join our ROW Finance team. This role will be based at our Bishops Cleeve, Gloucestershire site.

The Role:
The purpose of this role is to manage a team of four (business partners and management accountants) to support our operational colleagues by providing first class financial information and driving action that results in improved business performance.
Key accountabilities of the position include understanding and management of all aspects of cost in the business. You will review and develop inventory forecast models, drive inventory reviews and partner closely with planning and supply chain team. You will also carry out month end responsibilities ensuring accuracy and integrity of the financial data.
About you:

To be successful in this role you will be at least a qualified accountant with management experience and proven experience in a similar role, preferably experience dealing with inventory. You should be independently minded with high levels of personal integrity, clear thinking with a structured process driven approach. Additionally, you will be a self-starter who is prepared to work in a fast-paced environment and can plan/ prioritise workload, supporting and working within a tight knit finance team.
