JOB DESCRIPTION

• Update, challenge and maintain a robust operational risk management framework in alignment with the bank’s strategic objectives and regulatory requirements;
• Ensure effective risk identification, assessment, and mitigation processes are in place;
• Ensure that the internal control system is aligned with the risk matrix and that controls are effective and efficient;
• Lead the identification and assessment of operational risks across all business units;
• Conduct regular risk assessments and scenario analyses to identify potential risk exposures and vulnerabilities;
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
