ABOUT THE ROLE

We are expanding our Group Services team with a Head of Operations to continue building our growth vision and secure our global expansion. The Head of Operations will ensure a smooth continuation and further professionalization of our current global cross-functional internal and external support; in areas from ICT and facilities to quality and compliance, focusing on continuous improvement and operational resilience.
This role will also partner cross-functionally to support finance, HR, and legal teams in procurement, subsidy screening and contract management leading initiatives to restructure and improve them.
You’ll coach 5 direct reports, guaranteeing operational governance, escalating their operational issues where needed, and being their sounding board.
